It is being reported that the ex-wife of Michael Douglas, Diandra Douglas,
will not be seeing a penny of his earnings from his recent move, "Wall
Street: Money Never Sleeps."
She recently took the actor to court, saying that as this recent movie
was a spin-off of the original, "Wall Street," which was created
during their marriage, she deserved 50% of the earnings.
She claims that when they divorced in 2000, the
divorce
settlement included division of their assets with any future money earned
from spin-offs of what was created during their marriage.
She plans to appeal the decision.
